Who I am

The website move.teodoracara.com is run by Teodora Cara (Move by Teodora), personal trainer and Pilates instructor in Bucharest. For any question about your data, email me at contact@teodoracara.com.

What data I collect

When you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the package you're interested in and your message. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised data about how you use the site (pages visited, device type, approximate city).

Why I use it

I use form data only to reply to you and arrange our work together, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I use analytics data to improve the site, only if you have agreed to it.

Who else has access

Form messages are sent through the automation platform Make.com (Celonis), and analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. I never sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long I keep it

I keep form data for as long as we're in touch or working together, and for up to 2 years after our last contact, then delete it. Google Analytics data is kept according to the account settings (14 months by default).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email me at contact@teodoracara.com. If you have a complaint, you can contact the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Cookies

The site uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the main page.
